Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Delayed or Lost Packages

A package is considered lost only after the courier confirms that it cannot be delivered.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
